Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our Amai-Mono pieces, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is handmade and unique. As a result, the item you receive may slightly differ from the photo listed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not accept Exchanges.

Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our Amai-Mono pieces, we are unable to accept refunds. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. In the event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of confirmed delivery. We kindly ask that you provide photos of the damage along with your request for a refund. We will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with the Amai-mono seal and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and payment for the return label is required, we are unable to cover the cost.
