Are Amai-Mono ceramics food safe?

Unless specified otherwise, all our products are designed to be safe for food handling. Make sure to refer to the product description for confirmation.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. In the event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of confirmed delivery with photos of the damage for a refund.

Is International shipping available?

While we have plans to expand our shipping coverage to include more countries in the future, currently we only offer shipping to select European countries.

Please ensure to review the shipping rates during the checkout process.

Where is my Order?

Rest assured, we strive to send out your order within 7 days of receiving it. Keep in mind that if your order includes both a preorder item and in stock items, they will be shipped together once the preorder is ready for shipping.

While we strive to minimize delays, please note that as a small studio, occasional delays may occur. If you would like more information about the timeline of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you take responsibility for taxes or import duties?

It is important to understand that we cannot assume responsibility for any taxes or import duties that your delivery country may impose.

Will a sold out piece come back in stock?

A majority of our items are available for pre-order on a monthly basis. Therefore, when a new month begins, you will have the opportunity to make a purchase. Additionally, each month we also have a selection of in-stock pieces that are ready for immediate purchase.
