At Amai-Mono, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping

Rest assured, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. We make every effort to send out your order within 7 days of receiving it. However, please keep in mind that if your order includes both a preorder item and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the preorder is ready for shipping.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure that your package arrives safely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our Amai-Mono pieces, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is handmade and unique. As a result, the item you receive may slightly differ from the photo listed.

However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. In the event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of confirmed delivery. We kindly ask that you provide photos of the damage along with your request for a refund. We will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue.
