Pre-order terms

Please pay attention to our pre-order terms bellow:

1- If you order a "pre-order" item you agree with the respective production timeline for the piece in question.

2- While we try to make sure there will be no delay in your pre-order, unforeseen delays might happen, if you have any question about your order contact us at info@amai-mono.com

3- The timeline for the manufacture of the piece does not include the handling time and preparation for shipping, for example if you order a "1 month pre-order" piece the timeline to be delivered to you will be 1 month plus our stated handling shipping time. 

4- If your piece is ready before the timeline it will be sent as soon as possible.
